    Correction
    After publication, it was observed that a correction is warranted in our article [1]. We regret and apologize for this error.
    To determine phenotypic divergence we used phenotypic similarity scores as obtained from van Driel et al. 2006 [2] and not CIPHER score [3]. The phenotype similarity scores have been calculated by text mining of OMIM phenotypes using Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) terms. Hence, throughout the article CIPHER score must be read as phenotypic similarity score.
