## Correction

After the publication of our article [1], we found that a few errors were introduced during the production process.

The mathematical definition of expanded temporal block given in Definition 3 (Expanded temporal block) should have been "the corresponding expanded temporal block ${B}_{i}^{*}=\left\{{G}_{i}^{*},{T}_{i}^{*}|{G}_{i}^{*}\subseteq I,{G}_{i}^{*}\supseteq {G}_{i},{T}_{i}^{*}={T}_{i}\right\}$ satisfies: $\forall x\in {G}_{i}^{*},\exists y\in {G}_{i},s.t.\phantom{\rule{2.77695pt}{0ex}}{C}_{x,y}\ge p$" rather than "the corresponding expanded temporal block ${B}_{i}=\left\{{G}_{i},{T}_{i}|{G}_{i}\subseteq I,{T}_{i}\subseteq J\right\}$ satisfies: ${B}_{i}^{*}=\left\{{G}_{i}^{*},{T}_{i}^{*}|{G}_{i}^{*}\subseteq I,{G}_{i}^{*}\supseteq {G}_{i},{T}_{i}^{*}={T}_{i}\right\}$".
