Effect of knock down of EMP3 on the LDH release in response to palmitate. After culturing the cells in antibiotic-free medium for 24 h following transfection, cells were treated for 24 h with control (4% BSA) or palmitate (0.7 mM) media for another 24 h and the LDH release was measured.
