Red indicates genes that are up-regulated in the sticky mutant compared to wild type and green indicates down-regulation. Yellow nodes represent genes with little to no change in expression and gray nodes represent genes that could not be assigned expression data. Node size indicates the significance (i.e. p-value) of the change in expression, where larger nodes are more significant and smaller nodes are less significant.
