Comparison of the glycolytic pathway in an uninfected Escherichia coli cell and a MS2 phage-infected Escherichia coli cell. All the reactions were unchanged except GLCPTS and HEX1, that correspond to the conversion of glucose to glucose-6-phosphate (g6p) and PGI, that corresponds to the conversion of g6p to fructose-6-phosphate.
