Response of the interlocked negative feedback loop to a harmonic stimulation. The response in amplitude of the interlocked negative feedback loop (Fig 1.(g)) to an harmonic stimulation in function of the period of stimulation T is shown. The numerical simulation was done with the equations (18) and with the following parameters: β0 = 150 nM.min-1, β1 = 100 nM.min-1, β2 = 100 nM.min-1, θ1 = 50 nM, θ2 = 50 nM, α = 0.01 min-1, n = 2 or 4. With these parameters, we have T0 ~ 6 hours.
