For each state variable, the mean ± SD for the number of molecules are plotted using a SSI = 50 sec for various numbers of simulations. The x-axis is time (sec) and the y-axis is the number of molecules of the given state variables. These plots were obtained from the 'Time-Weighted Analysis' Tool in the BNS Toolbox.
