The values for the viable cells are shown in addition in the histogram. Wildtype hepatocytes are cultured in suspension and treated with 50 ng/ml N2A FasL for 0-4 hours. Cytosolic lysates were analyzed by Western Blotting and probed against cytochrome c (p15). Note that cytochrome c is strongly released into the cytosol after 2 hours FasL treatment in suspension hepatocytes.
