These edges are not shown for the sake of clarity. The DNA-binding proteins are denoted with an asterisk before their names. a The phosphorylation of Ime2 to Ndt80 is still hypothetical. However, removal of this edge does not affect our results (see Additional file 1). b Rim4 acts as an RNA binding protein to stabilize Ime2 mRNA (see Additional file 1).
