The table shows the rankings of the 21 training genes with respect to different scores: x motif denotes motif scores, x nonLin stands for nonlinear scores and x lin linear scores in the equation (see equation 4). and are the nonlinear and linear relevance scores in the leave-one-out cross validation tests which exclude the corresponding genes in the first column from estimating DosR TFA. Note that since each leave-one-out test produces its own ranking, rank numbers are not unique in the last two columns.
