"ClustEx" means the biggest module identified by ClustEx, including 262 genes; "jActiveModules" means the top module identified by jActiveModules with greedy search [7], including 195 genes; "GXNA" means the highest scoring module identified by GXNA [8], including 250 genes; "FoldChange_2.0" means the DE genes with fold changes larger than 2.0, including 709 genes.
