The 95% confidence bands are shown as dashed lines and the Western blot measurements are taken from Figure 5. (b) Idem for luciferase and Fis, γ n /γ m = 0.59 and γ q /γ p = 1.8. (c) Robustness of computed protein concentration to systematic errors caused by differences in half-lives of products of gfp and fis. The figure shows the curves for γ n /γ m and γ q /γ p values equal to 0.25, 1, and 4. The clearly separated curves correspond to different values of γ q /γ p .
