The functionally over-represented proteins have a mean degree and betweenness of 7.27 and 7.40 × 10-5, respectively. P-values (from Wilcoxon rank-sum test) < 0.05 are indicated by an asterisk (*) above the data-points, suggesting the degree/betweenness distribution for each GO term is significantly different than that for all GO terms.
