For simplicity the TcoFs that interact with the TFs shown are omitted. The TFs BRCA1, SP1, ESR1, SMAD3, PO2F1 and TFE2 are ranked very high by our algorithm in both networks NW1000 and NW5000 and can be considered network hubs for miRNA regulation in human OC.
