Previously known targets of PdhR are marked with "*" and new targets confirmed in this study with "$". Additionally to the new experimentally validated targets indicated in the above table, a regulation of mraZ, murF, ddlB, ftsQ, ftsA, ftsZ and lpxC by PdhR was confirmed as they are part of the operon that forms the dcw-cluster.
