NFκ B

  1. TNFα is one tumor necrosis factor which binds to the receptor TNFR1. TRADD, TRAF2 and RIP1 are adaptor proteins which may form complexes with TNFα. IKK, NFκ B, Iκ B belongs to the NFκ B module while FADD, caspase8 and caspase3 are on the apoptotic pathway. c-IAP is an inhibitor of apoptosis protein.
