  1. Set size refers to the number of entities that have a Uniprot ID as stated in the corresponding GO category at the ConsensusPathDB site. The number of candidates contained refers to amount of proteins identified in this study that appear as part of the GO category. P-values are calculated according to a hypergeometric test; q-values represent p-values corrected for multiple testing using the false discovery rate method.
