Oscillation index curves (A)-(C): The plots indicate possible oscillatory behavior for various values of ω j ∈ (–1000,1000) for j = 1, 2, 3. Each ω j is considered independently while the others are set to zero. The oscillation indices –1 and +1 represent non-existence and existence of oscillatory behavior in the response behavior of the metabolites, respectively.
