Score error bars represent the 95 % confidence interval as determined by the Uncertainty statistic. Error bars in NF-κB nuclear translocation represent the standard deviation of the mean nuclear translocation for three different fields of view of the same population of cells. The Pearson correlation between nuclear translocation and NPA score was 0.98 for Strength, 0.92 for GPI, 0.85 for EPI, and 0.97 for MASS.
