(a) match_thres = 0.5, (b) match_thres = 0.75. SWC achieves the highest recall, with the highest precision at almost all recall levels, especially with the stricter match_thres = 0.75. Thus it outperforms all other weighting approaches, especially at predicting complexes with fine granularity.
