The graphs in a and b show the incoming (Pin) and outcoming (Pout) degree of B. subtili, E. coli, M. tuberculosis and S. cerevisiae, respectively. c-d shows the log-log cumulative complementary distribution (CCDF). The figures also show a comparisons of the coefficient of determination (R^2) for each regression as an indicator of the goodness of fit of the power-law model and the comparison of each of them against the R^2 for a corresponding exponential fit.
