An arrow indicates possible interactions between the regulator and target promoters, with circles indicating second-tier regulators and their fill colours representing DBDs as described in Figure 8A. One second-tier regulator, aurR1, regulates the TC1 biosynthetic cluster (indicated by dotted line).
