The black circles denote a simulation without modification from the main text. In (B) the effect of varying the multiplicity of viral infection is shown. The green and red circles denote simulation with an MOI of .5 and 2.0 respectively. This simulation was carried out with the threshold for bound IFNAR to reach half-maximum production of DDX58 set to 10% of the number of bound receptors.
