Correlations among estimated parameters. Correlations of parameters (a) OC and (b) BDC groups were visualized using PLOTMATRIX function in MATLAB. Parameters to be displayed were those who have high correlation (r2> 0.64) with at least one other parameter. BDC, bile-duct cancer patients; OC, other cancer patients; SSlog, sum of squares of log residuals.
