  1. Supporting evidence for and inferred linkage utilizing the Jaccard coefficient between two nodes. The rank of the pairwise Jaccard coefficient within the sub-network was compared to the ability to find evidence supporting the pairwise connection. A rank of 100 represents the highest Jaccard coefficient within the sub-network and a rank of 0 represents the lowest Jaccard coefficient within the sub-network.
