Ranks for each FL gene target were reported for each concentration. Ranks are the average of two replicate experiments. Rank percentile was computed as the percentage of genes with a rank as high or higher than the target gene. Rank percentiles ≥95 indicated significant perturbation of a gene as identified by SSEM-Lasso.
