Graphs were drawn using JMP on the basis of the 2 explanative factors with the highest individual ANOVA p-value. Data points are positioned on the graphs and their occurrence is indicated by surrounding numbers. For ΦPSII800, line plots are presented instead of contour plots because light intensity is the only factor of the model.
