  1. Estimation of the expected risk at a certain stage of the experimentation, ten lowest values. There is consistency in the type of experiment to be conducted (targeting gene 7 which expression impacts on a big part of the network) and the quantities to measure (protein 8 almost all the time and protein 3 quite often). Figure 4 illustrate this point further.
