Discovery of conditional regulation by FFRPs. Large grey nodes represent different FFRPs, smaller blue nodes represent the contexts where the FFRPs activate (green arrow) or repress (red bars) their ChIP-chip target genes. The intensity of the blue for a context describes the significance of the regulatory interaction prediction as the Benjamin-Hochberg corrected permuted p-value.
