Strong core response pathways are those with significant enrichment across all conditions and in multiple individual conditions; weak core response pathways are those enriched only across all conditions; perturbation specific pathways are those that are only enriched for a unique individual condition (which may or may not drive overall significance). The darker the blue, the more statistically significantly enriched the pathway is for metabolic differences. Pathways identified in both cell types are highlighted in red. Grey boxes represent pathways with FDR > 0.05.
