Highest conditional probability values in any given bin indicate a greater likelihood of the relevant mediator’s concentration being in that concentration bin. The large font denotes the node of interest; small font indicates the perturbed parent node; a ‘-’ sign indicates perturbation by reducing concentration while a ‘+’ sign indicates perturbation by increasing concentration
