Overview of the tool’s user interface: ① At top there are adjustable parameter settings for CPM computation and ③ buttons for initializing and computing the lattice sites. ② The left side shows the initialization output as rendered graph with grey nodes representing parts of ECM, while colored nodes representing cellular bricks corresponding either to light blue colored (normal/healthy) or dark red colored (tumor/mutated) cells.
