A pathway interaction network of IFN- α mediated autoimmunity. One hundred two pathways are connected by 149 edges in this network. The original paper reported that Toll-like receptor signaling pathway (hsa04620), complement and coagulation cascades (hsa04610), antigen processing and presentation (hsa04612), RIG-I-like receptor signaling pathway (hsa04622) and apoptosis (hsa04210) were upregulated and our method rescued the pathways including autoimmune thyroid disease (hsa05320). There is only one edge connecting these pathways and the edge connects Toll-like receptor signaling pathway and autoimmune thyroid disease
