These figures are the structures of sequence D before mutating and after mutating respectively. a is the optimal structure with 9 H-H interactions predicted for original sequence B by TPPSO2. b is one of optimal structures predicted for mutated sequence C by TPPSO2, in which the 6th amino acid was mutated. The mutated amino acid is denoted by arrow in figures. Since the 6th amino acid was changed from H to P, the number of H-H interaction decreases and the deviation is 2. It is obvious that left structure is more compact
