Cells at end of 24 h simulation with C pathway fully inhibited. A simulation was run under the same conditions as in Figs. 3 and 4, but with pathway C fully inhibited by engaging the “C-inhibition” slider all the way to the right (100%). a. “trailers?” were turned on, and “show-L?” was turned off before the simulation was run. b. “clear-cells” was engaged to leave only the cells trails. Cell migration was clearly reduced, as evident by the shorter cell trails (compare to uninhibited cell trails in Fig. 4)
