Results of PPS tracking for ED3 in case of daily administration of antibiotic treatment to the murine microbiotas. Simulating daily administration of antibiotic doses to the mice we observe, for the three relevant time points of the experiment, an AP of 2.5 ± 0.05 (day 0), very close to the result in Fig. 13; after seven days of daily antibiotic administration, AP is 37.57 ± 1.04 (day 7), and after seven days more reaches the value of 359.21 ± 30.11 (day 14). The simulation curve shows how PPS grows faster compared to Fig. 13, reflecting the movement of population dynamics towards the establishment of the domination of the microbiota by resistant species
