Top five most significant subnetworks. The colors on the nodes indicate how the gene node differentiates between the mCCI and mFPI classes. Green indicates that the expression level of the gene in the mCCI class is significantly higher compared to that in the mFPI class. Red indicates that the gene expression level in the mCCI class is significantly lower compared to that in the mFPI class. If a node is white, the corresponding gene does not significantly differentiate (p-value < 0.05) the two sample groups. The intensity of the color corresponds to the level of significance. The numbers inside each node represent the discriminatory power of the gene, indicated by the t-score and the corresponding p-value. The numbers along each edge represent the edge weights in our constructed weighted network
