Comparison of the predicted respiration and acetate fluxes between ML-new and ML-nom. “-nom” refers to nominal, the default energy demand specified in the core model. “-new” refers to the adjusted energy demand. The predicted rates of acetate production for ML-nom and ML-new are completely overlapped with each other. uPPP% was set to 35% for both strains.
