Two different weight vectors were used, $w_{1}^{T}$ = (1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1), and $w_{2}^{T}$ = (0.1 0.1 0.1 99 1 99 2 1 99 1 1 99). MCS are sorted in decreasing order of the objective function $f_{i} = w_{j}^{T} x^{(i)}$ , j = {1,2} as calculated by our algorithm. (The sequence of MCS with equal objective value may differ depending on the BLP algorithm.) * marks MCS for which full genetic information is available.
