Relative gene expression profile and fold change values about four genes that compose the identified feedback loop. CDK6, CCND1 and CDKN1A were up-regulated in old status. On the other hand, CDKN1B was down-regulated in old status. This expression pattern was corresponding to the transition pattern for gene expression of the regulatory feedback loop during senescence
