Table 2 Effect of spot area normalization on cell proliferation phenotypes. Area-normalized spot intensities were used in place of total intensities to compare the three growth models, as was done in Table 1. Spot area normalization reduced the percent variation for FPI and AUGC, while not affecting MSR or TMR.
