From: Bifurcation analysis informs Bayesian inference in the Hes1 feedback loop
Experiment 1: Synthetic data for the inference experiment comprising 49 mRNA values and 49 protein values (not shown here as they are not used directly in the inference problem). Data comes from the model with the following parameter values: p0 = 90, n = 5, μ m = 0.025, μ p = 0.035 and τ = 19.5. Initial conditions are 3 for the mRNA and 100 for the protein. Independent Gaussian noise (mean = 0 and standard deviation = 0.2) is then added to make the data more realistic.
