The vertical dashed line indicates the highest peak in viral load levels; the dark dotted vertical line indicates the second highest peak, and the light dotted line the third highest peak in viral load levels. Patient 1 had only two viral load peaks, with a peak defined as a high point before a decline or at the last study time point.
