(A) Muscle contraction. Hubs of this module are DMD and DTNA in non-DCM, but are changed to UTRN in DCM. (B) Organ morphogenesis. As the condition shifted from non-DCM to DCM, the connection is rebuilt by the interaction made from KDR and CTNNB1.
