Expression heat map time-course illustrating the effect of osmotic stress on expression of the PSY-CIIG in root and shoot tissue. Fold-change (log2) in gene expression was measured in root and shoot tissue at the indicated time points following continuous osmotic stress application (mannitol) to root tissue (ME00327).
