From: Signaling network prediction by the Ontology Fingerprint enhanced Bayesian network
Comparison of predicted and observed phosphoprotein activity of 7 proteins of interest across different experimental conditions. We used trained Bayesian network to predict the phosphorylation activity of the 7 proteins of interest under all experimental conditions in the training data set. The "predicted" results were compared with the provided observations and a correlation analysis shows significant correlation (R2 = 0.93).
