The comparative amount of promoter motifs in each community is represented by colored rectangles. Community I is mainly populated by genes with late promoters motifs; community II is densely populated by ORFs expressed from unknown promoters; community III, IV and V have diverse promoter types. Nodes also have different size representing the importance (betweenness centrality) of the ORF in the complete GRN (see Figure 2).
