Each dot represents the sum of proteins annotated in different class for a GO:CC term for each module, shown in different colors. Labels at the top, #Proteins, represents the cumulative sum of all the proteins for a specific GO:CC term, whereas #Group, represents the total number of group class found in all modules. Bottom panel represents the component clusters, where number in the parenthesis shows the level in the GO hierarchy. Disc, ring, and rhombus represents, GO:CC terms have already been reported in literature, newly reported GO terms and cluster component not reported in our analysis, respectively.
